Sober Living Scholarship

Safe - Clean - Structured - Accountable - Proven 
Sober Living Scholarship recipients are placed with partnered, preferred Sober Living.
Hornbuckle Foundation does NOT own or operate Sober Livings.

**ONLY inpatient case managers are given the application password**

Sober Living Colorado Applicant Requirements

  1. Inpatient Program Duration: Applicants must currently be enrolled in an inpatient program lasting at least 30 days.

  2. Referral Requirement: **ONLY inpatient/residential case managers are given the application password** A written referral from the applicant's case manager or therapist is required.

  3. Application Submission Timeline: The application must be submitted no later than 10 days before the planned discharge date from the inpatient program.

  4. Employment Expectation: Applicants must be willing and capable of obtaining and maintaining employment.

  5. Commitment to Sober Living: A commitment to at least 3 months of sober living is required.

  6. Transfer Protocol: Applicants must agree to a direct transfer from the treatment facility to the sober living environment.

  7. Recovery Coach Meetings: Regular meetings with an assigned recovery coach, at least once per week, are mandatory.
