"I know what it's like to build a life you have to escape from - and what it takes to build one you don't."

You Can Put the Bat Down Now.
If you're a professional woman or a mother who has spent years being the one who holds it all — the household, the kids, the job, everyone's feelings but your own — you already know the bat. It's the one you swing at yourself every night: not enough patience, not enough presence, not enough control, not enough. I'm not here to hand you a better way to swing it. I'm here to help you put it down.

I'm a Nationally Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist through NAADAC, and I work with women who want to manage, reduce, or abstain from alcohol and other substances — whether that's a glass of wine that became a bottle, Adderall that was supposed to just help you get through the day, Kratom you started using to take the edge off, cocaine that made the late nights and early mornings possible, marijuana that went from unwinding to needing it just to feel normal, or opioids that began with a legitimate prescription and quietly became something you couldn't put down. Not because someone told you that you have to change, but because you're ready to stop numbing and start feeling your own life again. Some of my clients want to quit entirely. Some want to figure out what a healthier relationship with a substance looks like for them. There's no single "right" outcome here. There's only the plan that's honest about who you are and what you actually want.
I have eighteen-plus years of motherhood behind me, raising children with three completely different personalities, strengths, and love languages — so I'm not coaching you from a textbook. I've been a single parent. I'm a wife. I've co-parented with a narcissist. I've sat inside trauma, grief, and domestic violence, and I've used substances to numb my way through more of it than I'm proud of. I've been in recovery since 2016, and I know what it's like to build a life you have to escape from — and what it takes to build one you don't.
Beyond The Bio
Rest Is Not Something You Earn.
If you're a professional woman or a mother, you've probably learned that rest is what happens after everything else is done — which means it never actually happens. We work on that too: how to build real rest into a schedule that has no room for it, without waiting for permission, a vacation, or the guilt to lift first. Rest isn't a reward for good behavior. It's part of how you stay well enough to keep showing up for everyone who needs you — including yourself.

Spirituality, However That Looks for You
I bring my own spiritual life into this work, but I'm not here to hand you mine. My own path includes my Christian faith alongside meditation, yoga, and plant medicine ceremonies — practices that have taught me as much about surrender, presence, and healing as any clinical framework I've studied. I don't coach from one doctrine, and I won't ask you to adopt one either. Whether your path looks like church, a meditation cushion, a yoga mat, ceremony, time in nature, or something you haven't named yet, there's room for it here. What matters to me isn't what you call it — it's that you have something bigger than yourself to lean on when this work gets hard.
Joy Isn't Extra. It's the Work.
Recovery isn't just about what you take away — it's about what you let back in. Part of our work together is finding what actually sparks joy for you again: the outdoors, dancing, cooking, journaling, reorganizing a closet until it finally makes sense, singing in the car, the friendships and family relationships you let go dormant while you were surviving. Sometimes that means we laugh when you didn't expect to. Sometimes it means I remind you that joy isn't something you have to earn back — it's already yours.
I'm not here to judge how you got here or how long it takes you to get where you're going. I'm here to walk next to you while you figure out what your life looks like when you're not numbing yourself to get through it.
