Sober Living

Inpatient Program Duration: Applicants must currently be enrolled in an inpatient program lasting at least 30 days.

Referral Requirement: A written referral from the applicant's case manager or therapist is required.

Application Submission Timeline: The application must be submitted no later than 10 days before the planned discharge date from the inpatient program.

Employment Expectation: Applicants must be willing and capable of obtaining and maintaining employment.

Commitment to Sober Living: A commitment to at least 3 months of sober living is required.

Transfer Protocol: Applicants must agree to a direct transfer from the treatment facility to the sober living environment.

Recovery Coach Meetings: Regular meetings with an assigned recovery coach, at least once per week, are mandatory.
